    Recently, some customer’s email account is hacked, and the fraud get information in their email record, then pretend to be ARI staff to keep contacting, and provide a false account to our customer to pay. Please pay attention to this cheating case.

    We only provide brand new veterinary medical devices of high quality from China.

    What is the minimum order that we can place?

    A

    We expect your minimum orders to be of at least US$ 1000. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market of our products. Samples against cost are available on request.

    What are your payment terms?

    A

    All payment should be made in US dollars, for other International currency, we will specify in the proforma invoice sent to you. We provide the following options for payment:

     

    Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for all orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may arrange Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer in your bank to our company account under intimation to us.

     

    Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 30% down payment in advance. Balance payment is payable before shipment. You may arrange Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer in your bank to our company account under intimation to us.

     

    Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit, must be to the account of the buyer.

     

    PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Card: We accept small payment by PayPal or Western union, the credit card can be used through our PayPal invoice.

    Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges?

    The normal mode of shipment are “Sea Freight” and “Air Freight”. However we also use Courier, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS etc. upon requests from customers. It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods to customer’s forwarder on “Freight To Collect basis”.

     

    The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch. So please inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you, then we can provide the accurate quotation.

    Do I need to import from China?

    Yes, we will deliver the goods to you from China. So you need to import the goods into your country. You can consult with your local imporation company for more information.
